Europa League Results

Motherwell may have made Scotland a football nation to be proud of following their defeat against Welsh side Llanelli, but they where not the only British side to suffer embarrassing defeats against teams you’ve more than likely never heard of (ehm, aside from Llanelli of course …).

Welsh side The New Saints lost 2-1 away to Fram Reykavik, Lisburn got a 5-1 paneling at the hands of Georgian side Zestfani, and neither Linfield (4-0 defeat against Randers) nor Irish side Sligo Rovers (2-1 defeat at home to Albanian side Vllaznia) managed to record a win.
